We are located on the emerald green waters of the Cowpasture River in Bath County, part of the Allegheny Highlands of Virginia. Surrounded by the George Washington National Forest, Mont Shenandoah is a successful and highly regarded girls summer camp during the summer months and a retreat and wedding destination the remainder of the year. We offer a variety accommodations, from the beautifully appointed Cabell Cottage to the simple and rustic cabins used by the campers in the summer.
The Mont Shenandoah facilities offer a wide variety of recreational activities, including swimming, canoeing, tennis, basketball, volleyball and softball, to name a few.

Lodging Options
In Cabell Cottage, you will find three bedrooms, two full baths, a den, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Cottage amenities include satellite TV, high-speed internet access, heat and AC and a small sound system with an iPod docking station. (Sleeps 6)
A-Loft, our large, one bedroom apartment, has two twin beds, a large living area, full bath, kitchenette and covered porch and is climate controlled. There is high- speed internet access. (Sleeps 3)
The Pill Box serves as our healthcare facility while camp is in session but is available to lease in the off-season. It contains four bedrooms, three small ones with two twin beds, and one larger one with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom and kitchenette. The building is climate controlled and has high-speed internet access. (Sleeps 8)
Meadows Cabin is a small, cozy, rustic, screened cabin that is only available when the outdoor temperature permits. It has two twin beds, bathroom and covered porch. (Sleeps 2)
Our camper cabins are large, bunk-styled buildings with nearby bathhouses. They can accommodate as few as seven people and as many as 18. These buildings are ideal for large groups that are leasing the facilities for a wedding, retreat or other extended-stay event. (Can accommodate up to 160 people)
